I recorded and mixed this song for an Easter production at Harvest Bible Chapel in Barrie, Ontario. I brought my Tom Anderson Drop Top out for the video shoot but used my Telecaster through an HX Stomp and pedalboard to record the guitar parts.

An acoustic to electric song from an Easter Sunday production for Harvest Bible Chapel in Barrie, Ontario. I recorded and mixed this in April of 2021. I used my Collings D2H through an HX Stomp for the acoustic guitar track and recorded the electric guitar parts on my Fender Telecaster through the HX Stomp and a large analog pedalboard.
Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree
Recorded live off the floor for a Christmas production I did back in 2017. I mixed the concert and it definitely has more of a live feel. Even though you might see my Swart guitar amp in the background of the video, it wasn’t used for this event. I played through a Kemper profiler with my pedalboard for all of the effects.
I’ll Be Home For Christmas
Recorded live off the floor from a Christmas concert back in 2017. I played a Collings Eastside LC archtop through a Kemper profiler. Shows a bit of a different side to my guitar work. Mixed at my home studio.
Phase One Recording Studios
A tour I did of one of my favourite recording studios in Toronto, Phase One. Loved that big, old Neve console and the overall vibe of the talent room. So much history in that room. Haven’t been back there in quite some time hence the lower quality video capture. The sound from the Neve though. Such a great room for tracking drums.
Noble Street Studios
A behind the scenes tour of one of the tracking sessions I did at Noble Street Studios. The tour of Studio A will reveal a large live floor, spacious control room with SSL 4058 E/G (54 mono + 2 stereo) and a wide variety of outboard gear. If you head over to their website, you can see more of Studio A and Studio B. I did all of the photography work for Noble Street’s website. An awesome studio located in downtown Toronto.
